Welcome to St. Margaret's one stop shop for all the important forms in our Parish! Any of these filled in forms can be brought to Sandy in the St. Margaret's Parish office from Tuesday to Friday during office hours. All forms are fillable PDF's and can be completed on your computer. Once completed they can be printed and brought to the parish office or emailed to the parish at stmargarets@rogers.com
