Altar Servers

There is a long tradition of having young people minister the important role of Altar Server.  In the old days, Altar Server or 'Acolyte' was one of the minor orders or steps on the journey to Priesthood.  Now it has taken on the role of serving the people of God.  Once a young person has celebrated First Communion, they are welcome to become an altar server at Sunday Mass (also includes Saturday evening Mass.)
