Marriage

Marriage is a state ordained by God and part of His plan from the dawn of creation. Every valid marriage is, therefore sacred. A Christian Marriage is a sacrament that mirrors the love of Christ and His Bride, the Church, which is lasting, faithful and fruitful.

A couple that is looking to be married within the Catholic Church must receive appropriate instruction through a marriage course before the sacrament can be received.

Twelve months notice is usually required. Please contact the parish office below or via phone at 705-526-6313 ext. 1, to schedule a time to meet with Fr. Roselle to discuss your marriage plans.
