St. Vincent de Paul

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a lay Catholic organization whose mission is :

To live the Gospel message by serving Christ in the poor with love, respect, justice and joy.
The Society is dedicated to helping those less fortunate.
This assistance is provided on a non-discriminatory basis regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

 

How St. Vincent de Paul helps the community...

  • operates a food pantry
  • helps those in need of furniture, clothing, dishes
  • Provide emergency help with rent, utility payments, accommodations and transportation on case by case basis
  • Organize Christmas Giving Tree- this helps assist families in need and provides an opportunity for giving
  • Help children attend Marygrove Camp for girls, and Camp Ozanam for boys
